Immune Boosting

An individual’s immune system is a key factor to stop being susceptible to infection and ultimately infecting others. The immune system is a complex network of cells and proteins that defends the body against infection. The immune system keeps a record of every germ (microbe) it has ever defeated so it can recognise and destroy the microbe quickly if it enters the body again.

 Its our ‘Prana’ life force or Vitality that will ultimately defend your body from micro invaders .

When we feed our bodies the correct mix of nutrients and enzymes , we build our Prana .

 We have developed 4 simple steps to assist you to fortify your immune system.

1. Organic Vegetables or Fulvic Acid

Our Brains have not changed for millennia , we still require the same chemicals that we did when we were hunter gatherers .

Eat certified organic produce that is rich in the essential minerals your body needs. This comes from the soil of our Certified produce.  Certified organic vegetables are full of the correct minerals and nutrients that are  need to support our bodies .

Our Organic Vegetables are  ‘CERES’ certified. This is a UK body that charges an annual fee to certify compliance with UK Organic farming standards.

If we can not eat Certified Organic Vegetables we can supplement with Fulvic Acid.
