Directions:
- Utilise 1/3 cup per person per portion
- Rinse the quinoa with cold water
- Tip into the pot and add double the amount of water and a pinch of salt
- Place over medium heat and bring to the boil for ten minutes
- Reduce to a simmer for 5 – 10 minutes, or until tender and the liquid is absorbed
- Fluff up with a fork
