The pure concentrated 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide is caustic and very dangerous in this state, and must be handled with great care, always use gloves, you must first dilute it.

1 (one) drop of H2O2 per hundred milliliters (100ml) of purified water, ONLY then is it safe for human use. (DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO MAKE IT STRONGER AS THAT IS DANGEROUS)

If your skin comes into contact with the pure H2O2, immediately rinse skin under running water, if ingested drink a lot of water and go to the nearest emergency room.

What is Hydrogen Peroxide?

Peroxide, sounds frightening, but is merely a chemical term describing a molecule with two bonded atoms of oxygen. As such, Hydrogen Peroxide is made up of two natural, non-toxic core elements Water and Oxygen.

You don’t get more natural than that!
Water (H2O) + Oxygen (O) = Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2)
It is merely Water with an extra atom of Oxygen.
The power of hydrogen peroxide is in this extra atom of oxygen. Hydrogen peroxide is a semi-stable molecule whereby the extra atom of oxygen is only loosely attached. When this extra atom is released there is an extreme energy release of pure oxygen!

Even small amounts of hydrogen peroxide have massive amounts of releasable oxygen! At molecular level the energy released is enormous!

Drinking small quantities is explained below, (only diluted down to 3%) however drinking hydrogen peroxide must be handled with care. It is primarily used to balance the gut, and it is not as effective at getting H2O2 into the blood stream as using a nebuliser. However, a viral infection can end up in your stomach as a result of a post nasal drip. Drinking small quantities can assist with this. Its is also recommended for food poisoning and upset stomachs.

To disinfect rooms and re-oxygenate your body, use a humidifier where you spend most of your time and or next to your bed at night. Humidifier Use 250 ml of the diluted 3% to 5 litres of water.
