Constituents Neroli oil, linalool, limonene, volatile oils, lynalyl acetate, Vitamin C, magnesium, manganese, boron, calcium, zinc, selenium, sodium, copper and potassium.
Properties Soothing carminative, anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, mild aphrodisiac, mild sedative, digestive.
Internal Uses Beneficial for the treatment of:
Symptoms of shock, insomnia, anxiety, depression, stress, flatulence, digestive complaints, constipation, cramps, colic, diarrhoea, bronchitis, tuberculosis, cough, cold, obesity, menstrual disorder, symptoms of menopause, angina and hypertension. Free radical scavenger. Contains Vit C which boosts the immune system.
External Uses Skin toner, nourishes the skin. Filter into a hot bath.

Preparation Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of flowers. Infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink 2-3 times per day.
